There are many questions to be answered and dilemmas to be resolved in the field of didactics. The situation is such that provisional solutions have to be given and certain standpoints, which in other conditions would be springboards in the search for new revisions and contributions, cannot be abandoned. It is as if this field should be defined as being in permanent “crisis and emergency”, which from a rational point of view must be considered positive. It seems clear that a position must be adopted or at least a minimum scheme established so that these and questions can be justified, despite the risk of reiteration. This is the aim of Overview of Didactics.1
