Hemraj Meena did B.E., Ph.D. in Disaster Management and also M.A. Sociology from University of Rajasthan, Jaipur. He has been serving the Govt. of Rajasthan as an RPS officer. He has served the United Nations as a police Advisor and Monitor in the UN Peacekeeping operations at Kosovo. (A part of former Yugoslavia), and Timor-Leste (A former part of Indonesia in South East Asia). He has been honoured with "UN Peace Medal" 2008 and 2012 for his outstanding services during his UN deployment at Kosovo and Timor-Leste. He has been specialized in the field of Sociology of family, Marriage and Kinship, however Migration, Terrorism, Peacekeeping, Disaster Management, Women and Gender Issues, Tribal, Naxalism issues, Human rights, Correctional behaviour and Police related issues. Cyber crime are the interesting topics for him. He has attended and presented papers in number of national and international conferences and seminars organized by UGC and various sociological associations, Universities and NGOs.
Preeti Fernandez did B.A. from S.K.P. College, Vikram University, Dewas; after that she did certificate course in Child Development & Women Empowerment from National Institute of Public Co-operation and Child Development, Indore (MP) and also studied Holistic Development of the Child for Voluntary Organisation. She completed her Master of Business Administration (Risk& Insurance) from I.M.S, D.A.V.V, Indore. She has the professional skills in Banking & MIS Management, Multi-Tasking Capabilities, efficient m writing works, especially in the field of book writing, excellent team management, communication skills and excellent NGOs support services.
