Dr. Jai Ram Jha, Associate Professor of English, Silapathar College, Silapathar, Dhemaji, Assam under Dibrugarh University, did his M.A., Ph.D., and L.L.B. from Patna University, Bihar. Dr. Jha has contributed numerous papers and articles to different journals and magazines and also to many conferences and seminars of national repute. His field of interest includes Indian writing in English (fiction). Besides, he has to his credit a number of poems in English and Hindi. He has successfully guided M.Phil. scholars from various universities under his guideship. Presently, a number of Ph D. scholars are working under his supervision.
