James M. Kramon is a lawyer in the law firm of Kramon & Graham, P.A., Baltimore, Maryland, of which he is co-founder. He formerly served as a law clerk in the Tax Division of the Justice Department and for a United States Circuit Judge in Chicago. Thereafter, he served as an Assistant United States Attorney for four years. Mr. Kramon has taught at several law schools and published over 70 articles and six books. He holds degrees from Carnegie-Mellon University (B.S.), George Washington University (J.D. with Honors), Johns Hopkins University (M.L.A.), and Harvard Law School (LL.M).
