On his 9th birthday Abou, a young boy from India, travels into a miracle wonderland with his butterfly friend Jamou, to find the answers to five important questions his talking green bean tree friends have asked him. He finds the answers by talking with the very smart and interesting people he meets in this magic land. He also helps himself become smarter by remembering and using the knowledge and advice his wonderful grandparents taught him. He realizes the great importance of reading, and he gains confidence to continue searching for solutions and answers to new questions in his life.
