Work subcontractor is a reality resulting of the work productive decentralization, which by its way provides news tendencies of the globalized economic market. And it may realize the problematic existence of how to balance the enterpriseï¿?s freedom in the free market, with the workï¿?s quality and protection of the labor rights. This academic work is about the reality of work tendencies in enterprises, and also is about the globalized capitalistic system, which substitutes works per satellites enterprises which offers its specialized services for supplying necessities of enterprises without the labor law duties, inspections, social security, and others work benefits. Also it is analyzed the disadvantages, and the labor law difference between Brazil and Spain. Themes such as: flex-security, responsibilities, syndicates, jobï¿?s quality, labor risk prevention, female work discrimination, also it will be analyzed points about public administrations using it. This academic study has a goal of keeping safe workers with its labor rights.
