In this fourth Enforcer tale, Chief Enforcer Cherokee Klimsch and Simon, her Enforcer cyborg partner, an agnate of Cosmo Klimsch, are sent out on an ongoing enforcer mission to locate a Senate Senior enforcer who has been missing for over fifty years, during which they encounter a planet populated by telepaths resulting in Simon receiving lessons in mind control to deal with an invading horde of maniacal aliens. On their return to Earth, thirty years later, they find the situation has changed dramatically and an old adversary has made an appearance and they have to rely on Cosmo for assistance that involves mega-uploads for Simon?s positronic brain, introducing them to Time-Travel.
