Dr. Bhabananda Deb Nath (b. 1980) is employed as Assistant Professor in the Department of Commerce, Karimganj College, Karimganj, Assam. He obtained his M. Com in 2004& LLB. in 2007from Gauhati University, Guwahati, M. Phil in 2008 from Prayer University, Salem, Tamil Nadu & Ph.D. in 2014,from Assam University, Silchar andqualified UGC-SET in 2010. He started his teaching career as Assistant Professor in the Department of Commerce in Bongaigoan College, Bongaigoan and in B. H. College, Howly (in P.G.Section)& joined Karimganj College, Karimganj in 2010.Dr. Deb Nath specializes in Accountancy & Taxation and hisareas of research &interest are Microfinance, Rural Development, Entrepreneurship. He also speaks on inspirational subjects for the benefit students in different Schools & Colleges& guide them to lead successful Career and Life as Philanthropic-Work. He has authored one refresher book on Accountancy & 16 Research papers in referred National & International Journals & Edited Books.
Dr. Parag Shil (b. 1973), now working as Assistant Professor (Stage - III), Department of Commerce, Assam University, Silchar,passed M.Com (1999) as Gold Medalist, M. Phil (2002), Ph.D (2008) from Assam University, Silchar& qualified UGC-NET in 2000. He started his teaching career as Assistant Professor in the Department of Commerce, Govt. Degree College, Dharmanagar (Tripura) in 2002 & joined Assam University in 2005. Dr. Shilspecializes in MARKETING and FINANCE, has Authored a book and 45 research papers in referred journals & edited books. One scholar has been awarded Ph.D degree and 8 more scholars pursuing Ph.D under his supervision and he has guided morethan 30 PG dissertations.
