?Paraphilia? refers to behavioral phenomena concurrent with sexual arousal to objects and situations that are not part of normative ways of stimulation within a particular cultural or historical context. Hypersexuality and paraphilia are known complications of treatment with dopamine agonists.We report the case of a 52 year old male who was receiving treatment with Pramipexole, because of a moderate Restless Legs Syndrome, as a result of that, the patient sufered from a exacerbation of his paraphilic behavior: wearing make-up, dressing up in women?s underwear and connecting to an erotic video-chat.
