This Diccionari d'escriptors lul·listes gathers together in a single volume all the available information on authors who have written about Ramon Llull and his work, or about subsequent lulism, as well as information on editors of texts by Llull. Specifically, Sebastià Trias Mercant synthesizes information about those who "have written at least three articles on the life or works of Ramón Llull or one of his followers." Thus, we find both disciples, admirers, Llull defenders and protectors of the lulian cause, as well as biographers of this writer, translators of Llull's writings, apologists of his doctrines, and hermeneutics of his works and his thought. Arranged in alphabetical order, each entry contains basic information about biographical aspects, and what each author has contributed with their articles and books, an inventory is made of the works on Llull that each author has written, and finally, the bibliographic references for each author are provided. The undeniable usefulness of the Diccionari d'escriptors lul·listes consists of its being the first work in which writers on Ramon Llull and lulism are the protagonists. The CD included with the printed edition allows the user to conduct precise searches throughout the whole of the materials. Unfortunately, Professor Trias did not live to see his book published, a monumental effort on which he labored for many years.0
