Andy wants to be a wizard more than anything in the entire world. Even before he met his wizard friends, Debra and Oliver, he dreamed of the day when he'd be able to cast spells and ride magical broomsticks. However, being a muggle poses a big problem for this young, wizard-wannabe. Nevertheless, Andy is determined to prove to himself and everyone else that he can be whatever his heart desires.
